Bespoke Be Heard is a bicycle shop which refurbishes and services bicycles to the highest standard, providing a high level of professionalism and expertise, gained from 12 years of industry experience.

Bike Servicing

Bespoke be Heard servicing starts at £25 for an L1 basic check of key elements of the bike including the brakes, chain and wheels with minor adjustments to ensure a safe and trouble free ride included in the price.

The L2 service at a cost of £50 includes L1 services plus professional cleaning and lubrication of teh brakes, drivertrain and gearing systems.

The L3 service at a cost of £120 includes a full strip down of every key component on the bike, which will be removed, cleaned, protected and replaced to the highest professional standards, making your bike feel like new.

Refurbished Bikes

We recycle and refurbish bikes regularly and make them available for resale. If you are interested in getting into or returning to cycling and want a reliable and cost effective option to get you back on two wheels, please get in contact.

Why Use Bespoke be Heard

As well as providing an accredited service to the highest professional standards, Bespoke Be Heard also focuses on teaching young people with Special Educational Needs, to service, repair and refurbish second hand bikes. Profits from our commercial activities are reinvested to provide additional opportunities for young people.

Students are directed by professional bicycle mechanics to gain an AQA Unit Award and /or a City and Guilds qualification in cycle mechanics as part of their experience. Students can also gain AQA Unit Awards learning to ride bicycles and improve their bicycle riding skills, on and off-road.

The scheme also offers students from schools in and out of our borough to do a qualification in cycle mechanics up to Level 2 (A-C grade GCSE equivalent) enabling them to gain employment in an expanding industry.
